Description
Introducing the Elsie Ruffle Mini Dress in Yellow, a short dress with a fitted panelled bodice and a tiered ruffle skirt.
The bodice is shaped with vertical panel seams below a scooped halter neckline that fastens behind the neck. At the hip the skirt breaks into three gathered ruffle tiers finishing above the knee.
